Part-time Case Managers Wanted
Kankakee County Renewed Opportunity is looking for an experienced Case Manager for a part-time position to help ex-offenders overcome the barriers to re-entering society. Join an educated, committed and resourceful team in working with returning citizens to develop individual rehabilitation plans of care, establish links with treatment, educational and employment agencies, monitor progress and facilitate a discharge plan. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Part-time Mentors Wanted

Join an educated, committed and resourceful team in working with returning citizens to obtain employment, housing and establish a productive lifestyle. Develop meaningful relationships with clients while working with a Mentor Supervisor and Case Manager to set realistic goals and help your clients stay on task to achieve those goals.
